http://www.blackhawk.com/product/Axiom-UL-Rifle-Stock,220,166.htm can be had for $170 or so. I looked at it awhile ago, I think it does look nice on the Howa, it has my attention for a couple reasons, "Ultra Light" @ 2:LBS 9 OZ. it is half the weight of my A5 on the sps Varminter it will help on the already beefy 26" barrel, I also like the pistol grip with a add on rubber grip and extra cheek weld comb is also a good add on as I have read. stiff forend way off the barrel which would help the barrel and action cool on the hott 22-250 caliber, pistol grip should speed up target acguisition for coyote kills. I have read accuracy is solid even with the recoil system which has a moving part with a spring loaded sliding action between the action and the butt. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/818519/tactical-component-mfg-mag-xtender-extended-floorplate-remington-700-short-action-polymer-black mag xtender which lets you add 3 more bullets to your hinge door without the spendy mag system overhaul in the budget this sounds hit or miss @ $20 it is hardly a gamble, some good reviews some bad.  A krg tactical bolt knob add on for $30 I may as well http://www.kineticresearchgroup.com/products/boltlift.php I think it would be a good way to rap that gun up.
